    Gourmet Ravioli
    Gourmet Ravioli are square shaped 50mm x 50mm made with traditional recipes handed down through generations as well as some new innovative recipes with a contemporary twist using 100% quality fresh produce to tantalise the taste buds!

    Gourmet Ravioloni
    Gourmet Ravioloni are large ravioli of square shaped 70mm x 70mm. Made in two flavours, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioloni, and Roasted Pumpkin & Fresh Sage. Four pieces of ravioloni create a single serve. Perfect entrée. Gourmet ravioli are only made to order. A minimum of 20kg is required

    Tortellini
    Hat shaped filled pasta with beef filling. The Peppe's Pasta recipe for tortellini making comes from northern Italy (Bologna) using roasted meat, carrots, onions and celery. Mortadella is also used for extra flavour in true Bologna style.

    Packaging
    Retail packets of Ravioli & Tortellini are sold frozen in 500g packets. Ravioli are kept frozen for up to 10 months.

    Catering packets are packed in 1kg bags and are sold Frozen.

    Cooking Instructions
    Place the frozen ravioli or tortellini in large pot of salted boiling water and gentle boil for 8-10 minutes. Strain and serve with your favourite sauce. (See our sauce recommendation under Recipes.)
