Why are Peppe's Gnocchi so unique?
We don't boil our potatos "and yes we use real Desiree Potatos" Our potatos are roasted to remove excess moisture so that we don't have to add so much flour. This makes for a lite tasting Gnocchi.

Gluten Free Potato Gnocchi

Soft dumplings made from potatoes and other melt in the mouth flavours. Only fresh Desiree potatoes are used to create a gnocchi that is light and tender.
Packaging: Gnocchi are packed in a 500g bags and sold frozen.

Cooking Instructions
Place the frozen gnocchi in rapid boiling salted water. DO NOT STIR! Remove from stove when they float, then drain with cold water to stop the cooking process.

Very Important:
1. Do not let them overcook.
2. Do not cook more than 500g at one time.
Serve with your favourite sauces. (See our sauce recommendation under Recipes)
